(also referred to as “we”, “yacht owner”) is a simple limited liability company that provides sea and coastal passenger water transport services, specializing in luxury yacht charters. 2.1 As a part of our business, we collect and process personal information as defined in the Privacy Act and in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Croatia and the European Union.

2.2 We collect and process personal information of our charterers, as well as their charter guests, and any other person interested in our services.

3.1 We collect information through the contact and booking forms on our website (olujno-more.hr), our preference sheet, as well as via our email address (contact@olujno-more.com). This information is processed and stored for the purposes of responding to your inquiry and providing you with the best possible charter experience.

3.2 We may collect and process personal details such as: an individual’s name, location, date of birth, nationality, family details, and other information that allows us to identify who the person is defined as personal information in the Privacy Act.

3.3 We may collect an individual’s contact information, such as: email address, phone number, residential, business, and postal address, and other information that allows us to contact the individual.

3.4 We may collect financial information related to an individual such as: any bank or credit card details used to transact with us and other information that allows us to transact with the individual and/or provide them with our services.
